Gracious and healthy lifestyle is when we are forgiving, being gracious, and we eat healthy food. Being healthy, we have to eat a variety of meat, fruits and vegetable. We also need to excercise to keep fit, example, jogging a few rounds in the park every morning. Having a gracious lifestyle is important too, if we always have hatred in our minds and not forgiving others, we will feel very unhappy and that is not healthy. Graciousness is also when someone hurt you accidentally, we forgive them, and we will not have any unhappiness anymore.
